Best books on the commercial real estate industry?
Recent college graduate, I am very interested in a career in commercial real estate. Would appreciate book recs to to learn more about the industry and areas of CRE.

Read a book on commercial leases. Real estate is a box that should generate money via contracts.
Also a book on term sheets (from the VC world), I think would help with structuring Operating Agreements and thinking strategically.
