Best Interview Questions for New Fund

Currently in the later stages of the interview process for an acq. associate role a small to midsized fund on the West Coast. Fund has roughly $5B of AUM and is founded by a few ex partners of a massive name brand shop. These guys seem super sharp and have raised some decent sized funds recently/currently so I’m excited about the opportunity, but want to make sure I have all the DD necessary to make the jump.

What are some questions you guys wish you would’ve asked during the interview process that you thought of after the fact. Of course I have all the basics Q’s down, now I’m looking for some of the more nitty gritty questions to really dig deep into the opportunity.

Thanks!
