Best materials to prepare interview for Real Estate positions.

I am looking for opportunities in the Real Estate landscape as I always have been very interested in this field. I am open to different positions:

- Real Estate Private Equity

- Capital Markets for Real Estate

- Real Estate Development

- Real Estate acquisition Debt & Finance

However, I don't know how to start to prepare for a career in this field. Compared to M&A and PE, there aren't so many materials available to prepare for technical interviews or modelling exercises.

I would appreciate anyone who can tell me where I can find materials (on-line course, any book, or any manual to ace real estate interview.

Thanks in advance

I wouldn't anticipate the interview being as technical as IB or PE, but I used the same prep for my REPE interview and ignored the things that were super technical and specific to IB. In addition, I learned how to create a model from scratch from A.CRE and that helped quite a bit with the case study.

Just googling most common REPE interview questions does come up with a decent starting sample as well.

You're right that there aren't quite as many materials out there, but use a few different sources to piece together how you'd expect any other finance interview to go, then add a real estate specific spin on that and you're good.
