Best online REFM course?

Hey all, I’m looking to get into Commercial Lending/REPE out of school. I’m currently in undergrad studying finance & am about to begin my senior year. I’m looking to purchase a RE financial modeling course here in the next month or so, and wanted to know if anyone on this thread has any recommendations. As of right now, I’m looking at the WSP, BIWS, and Adventures in CRE modeling courses… does anyone have any experience in these/what would y’all recommend?
