India has been experiencing an increase in investment since 2015. Given that India is among the top 100 best countries for doing business, we can say that this is a really good option to buy real estate there. A couple of months ago, I also invested a lot of money in real estate, and I can say that I am confident that it will pay off. I have nothing against India, but saying it's in the top 100 would put it at basically average (~190 countries), rankings I looked up put it in the top third at 63rd, still not great.

There’s going to be a ton of growth in India in the next decade, but one of the reasons institutional capital isn’t constantly being poured into India is because of corruption. The legal and judicial infrastructure is very unorganized and very corrupt so it’s hard to certify that your investment won’t get fucked.
