Best Selling Process for House in Nashville US
I am looking for the procedure to sell fast house in Nashville, Somme weeks ago Started the discussion on this forums but no one help me, Now my question where to sell my house fast with no commission.
Unfortunately Nashville is in one of the hot markets that crashed into a wall for SFH's. Big funds haven't deployed their capital to pick up SFH for SFHR, my firm is waiting for the price drops or larger inventories in certain markets were they won't have to come in 100k over asking.
Inventory hasn't quite caught up to a normal balance, getting there. This means prices aren't dropping, but mortgage apps have plummeted YoY, with the upcoming Fed hike and recent CPI print, I think the next 5-9 months are going to be stale in the SFH market. Even Jumbo loans were down, which is usually a category of buyer that don't shy away from the market.
I'd make sure you use a reputable stager for the home, take bright photos not on your cell phone use a wide-angle lens if you are posting online. Don't touch those scams that say they'll pay cash now for your home. I'm not going to sugar coat it, you will probably get 20% less than you would of gotten 6 months ago in the Nashville MSA.
