Best shops in Charlotte, NC
I really like living in Charlotte, NC and I can see myself here long term. However, I don’t see myself at my current firm long term, and so I’m looking for more lucrative opportunities within the CRE space in Charlotte, NC. Not in brokerage but I have my license, I work on the debt side.
Wells Fargo, I think Barings is headquartered in Charlotte as well

I’ve made it to the final round (4 rounds) for originations and portfolio management (3 rounds), got some bs reason that it was due to bad market conditions and it was between me and someone else but du but we are putting the openings on hold
Like most life companies right now, I heard they haven't been doing much new stuff, just managing their current portfolio. If their team isn't generating fees from new deals, hard to hire.

As others have mentioned Asana, Barings, Nuveen, and Wells are probably as institutional as it gets. PCCP also has an office.

Mid tier? Unless you’re coming from Miami, the girls here are very attractive both personality and physical. And I’ve been in LA and lived in NYC for years

Your numbers are waay off. I get the feeling you are from the south and overestimate the quality like a lot of guys from the south do
Lived in CLT and NYC. CLT has more genuine women. Ton of smoke shows from SEC/ACC schools with Southern values. Type you would want to start a family with. In NYC, sure there are high quality women but there’s no real substance. They all want to leech off your banker bucks and make Tiktoks about how hard you work.
