Best source to become proficient in real estate excel modeling (outside of in-job experience)?

Options I am considering are REFM package on WSO, as well as Real Estate Certificates at NYU or Wharton (not actually full-time graduate program just $5,000-$10,000 to take live courses on financial modeling over a semester, obviously wouldn't be going for the prestige more just the education).  What is the most effective and best value way to get good at real estate modeling outside of in-job experience?

The quick, easy and frugal answer is: Udemy. Wait for their periodic sales ($17-$25/class). Do not pay full price ever. JKivel is solid as is his YouTube channel which is updated somewhat regularly. A ~few hundred dollars at Udemy will take you reasonably far provided you do the exercises (and review the supplied models cell-by-cell). Toss in Linneman's textbook book and work through understanding each illustrative model in Excel (i.e., their format + methodology/rationale + formulas) as an adjunctive resource.
