Best Summer Analyst Programs for Real Estate?

Like many others, I was initially set on the classic IB to private equity path but have since realized that I am most interested in the RE space. What are the best summer analyst programs to target in order to set me up for a career in real estate, specifically to jump to REPE and then to go out on my own to invest on a large scale and maybe even start a fund? Also what does compensation look like for these different options? Looking to get experience analyzing deals in multiple property types, structuring complex deals, exposure to development projects, property management, build relationships with lenders etc.

From what I understand here are some of the options, but please correct me and add to this with some firm names:

REIB anywhere

CRE analyst positions at BB banks

Capital Markets at a brokerage like JLL

Analyst position at a few coveted firms like Starwood, Blackstone, Rialto

Investment Sales?

Appreciate any feedback
