I have a good resume for real estate and a good gpa. Do repe firms recruit interns for the fall semester? I haven’t seen any postings. Or is this a case where i need to just network and create a spot for myself? thanks guys yall have helped me a lot throughout these years.

Go network and make something happen is pretty much never wrong advice. I think you may be limiting yourself search a bit too much for a student. An internship at a developer, family office, or even brokerage is better than no experience. It doesn’t necessarily need to be REPE for off cycle recruiting. Cast a wide net and take what you can get.
