Big Bank to Investment Side

Currently a second yr CRE analyst at big bank (think MS, Wells Fargo, GS) looking for something different before b-school. Thinking of transitioning to REPE as an associate. What sort of comp should I be looking at and what types of increased responsibilities. I.e. what will be the main differences and should I leave or stay
