BIWS vs WSP vs ACRE for a RE modeling scrub

Looking to purchase one of the three courses to get a good grasp on RE modeling especially as I am fairly new to the industry. For someone who has done one of the three, what would you recommend, and is it possible to crank it out over a week or so? Have heard great things with regards to ACRE, but if I remember correctly you only have access for a year which is tough.

From the perspective of someone not in CRE here, but, several people in industry have told me to invest in ACRE. Also, the modules don't take that long to get through if you're really dedicated to ingesting the content. What I try and do is bust out a course over 2-3 days. Sometimes I get through one in a day. But I'm also antiquated and like to take detailed notes in a notebook on everything. I haven't taken BIWS or WSP courses before (I'm sure there's great content with both these here. I like Brian), but guys on informationals have told me to take ACRE and run with it when trying to learn the modeling and investment analysis you need to know. Also see many people on here in industry say that their content is great, and they use their models for some reference or just plug and play sometimes … idk how much it will do when you get an esoteric interview question, but it is a great baseline and respected by the community from what I've heard ..

Very Correct. I should have said modules rather than courses there as that's what I meant. Spencer is and seems awesome.

ACRE. Haven't tried the others, but ACRE did exactly what I needed it to as someone who knows retail and tried some udemy classes.  I found the multifamily rent roll section extremely helpful and received cursory understanding of a hotel statement.  The waterfall modeling etc was helpful to me as well. Obviously there's waterfall wizards out there but it at least provided me an understanding of a solid structure and framework for how some could be modeled.  The structure of the course made it extremely easy to follow and come back to every other day for one to two hours
