Blackstone Core+ team?
Can someone shed some light on Blackstone's core+ team? How are they viewed in comparison with their REPE team and what are some common exits from core+? Do core+ people do both acquisitions and AM?

Isn't it just a subset of their REPE team?
For Europe atleast it seems that it's separated from their REPE team. From the description of their summer analyst position in London, it seems that they don't play a direct role in the investment decisions?
Description for their summer analyst position:
Sounds more like a product management role. Acquisitions people at blackstone work across all of their equity platforms
I would like to point out to all of those asking if it is separate from their “REPE”-whether it’s core plus or core or value add / opportunistic - it is all REAL ESTATE PRIVATE EQUITY. What I think you are really asking is - does the core plus team work with and under the same umbrella as, the opportunistic team.
Sounds like career suicide tbh
how so?
I’m fucking with OP.
.
It’s a fund management/product specialist role not acquisitions
