Bob Knakal
I was watching a podcast he was on and got really curious. Anyone work for him or on his team? He’s a legend in CRE and I’m sure he pulls in a lot of deals but given that his deals are with individual owners rather than institutions I wonder what the exit ops look like working for him. Any info would be great.
Exit Ops are pretty good. Based on his twitter, you can probably secure a cushy $70k gig with Strip Mall Guy in California.
