Book Recs for Construction/CapEx
I’m a numbers guy, but wanted to gain more knowledge on construction/capital expenses, specifically just understanding physical needs of properties when I look at them and potentially CapEx costs. Does anyone have any recommendations on books or reading materials to get smarter on CapEx?
