This summer I'm working at a real estate Asset Management firm as a summer analyst. Up until now I've only been working in biotech IB and don't know much about the real estate side of finance. What are some books everyone could recommend so I don't go into the internship looking like a fool. Thanks!

Also Linneman. If you're doing Asset Management it would be helpful to understand how RE looks at finance. His book is the gold standard for RE finance.
can someone link up where to get linneman at the best price? not sure which edition is necessary as well, can i get away with an older one?
I don't think the edition matters if it's not for a class. If you google it his website pops up. Unless you can find a used one, it's like buying a textbook. There aren't any specials unless you want notes in the liner.
