I have an interview with one of these small boutique hotel operators. They seem to be very local and AUM is under 1B. Is this a role to consider for a first FT or is going for a much larger platform a better choice? The structure of their company is very lean but extremely top heavy (tons of VPs, only one associate and one other analyst).
