Boutique Mortgage banking?
Related to the commercial mortgage banking space, is this becoming too consolidated? Big name shops have been growing and aggregating over the most recent cycle.
Will there always be a market for more boutique relationship focused shops, or will this become a thing of the past? Grateful for any thoughts. Thanks.
