Boutique REPE summer intern interview - what to expect?

Hey guys,

Got an interview coming up, the REPE fund invests up to 60m in RE deals and 25m in operating businesses per deal. They raise funds for each deal individually. What to expect? Its in a canadian secondary market

Also any thoughts about interning at the REPE vs. big brokerage summer internship?

The REPE firm is quite small (25 employees I think)

He pushed me to be more intentional about how I talk about my experience and gave me concrete steps to prepare for interviews, from tailoring my resume to practicing financial modeling.
