Brand Name or Experience

Have to give a reply in 5 hours, appreciate if I can get some advice!!

Received an internship offer for Asset Management in CBRE IM. However, I am also offered to extend my current internship of 3 months at a small PERE shop focusing on Southeast Asia frontier/emerging market as an acquisition/development analyst intern.

Which would be better for me in the long run if I want to break into larger name PERE investment firms?

I would say CBRE IM from a branding / prestige perspective. It’s just an internship so what matters most are the names you have worked for. No one expects an intern to know more than the basics.. I’m speaking for the UK. Could be different in others regions.
