Brandywine Realty BDN - Heard of Them?

Anyone have color on this shop? Specifically their investment/development teams. They seem to be a big player in the office REIT space but I can't find much about the culture or comp. Would appreciate any insight about ops there.

big player in the Philly market (also some other mid-atlantic I believe). They are involved with lots of the major commercial/office developments in Center City and the surrounding areas. I don't know much about them from an employee perspective, from what I can tell they pay well as an overall firm, but I can't offer any valuable insight into the specific teams or any real numbers or anything

Depends where your focus would be. They are a very reputable firm in the Philly market, currently taking a heavy focus in University City, and pumping the breaks on some of their other spec plays (but who isn't). Like any REIT/Developer, they are a pretty lean shop, not many young people, but you would be involved in some high profile deals. Only thing that sucks is their office is 45 mins- 1 hour from Philly, but then again most Philly players are headquartered in the suburbs.
