Does anyone have any information on this group? I see they have an acquisitions posting out. It’s fairly small so I assume information is limited, but if anyone knows any secondhand information, would be great to hear.

I would strongly recommend avoiding life science as an asset class. It was a product of limitless VC dollars and zero interest rates, the product doesn’t make sense in a normal environment.
This type of space will return to corporate owned structures and big pharma funded incubators.
I was looking at a smaller multi owner with the same name in NYC, not sure which one you guys were talking about.
