Bridge Lending on MF NYC - Metrics
Presenting a deal to a bridge lender, curious what metrics do bridge lenders evaulate when looking at a deal to lend on so I can be prepared? Debt Yield, LTV, LTC? Showing we can hit a DSCR by X months? etc.?
