Aspiring to break into MF Brokerage in the Dallas area. I have full-time experience in an analyst role for commercial development but desire the opportunity to be in a more entrepreneurial role using relationships.

What is the best path to standing on your own 2 feet —rather than slapping together pitch books— at a brokerage shop?
