Brokerage Fees In Different Regions

Doing a search I noticed that this forum has lots of info on commission fees across different geographies within the US, but I'm curious to hear about different regions (particularly Europe and Australia).

For example I was shocked to hear that there are some countries in Asia where the average fee is below 50 bps.

I appreciate any data points you can provide!

P.S. Investment sales fees, not leasing, assuming no co-brokers.
