Brokerage to Acquisitions Advice

Hey all. I’m starting a new job in acquisitions next week. Prior to this role I was on the investment sales (office and industrial) side at one of the big firms for the last four years. Curious if anyone has some advice/wisdom for me to hit the ground running when I move to the other side?
