Brookfield Properties Analyst (office) excel test
Hi all, Tomorrow I have an excel test for an analyst position at Brookfield Properties. Anyone know what I can expect to see? It’s only a 1 hour test. I would appreciate any advice on how to prep.
Very straight forward excel test that is RE related, but you are not building out a pro forma. You will probably have to build a dynamic amo table though.
Super easy if you are comfortable in excel. Know your if statements, min/max, and sumifs.
