Brookfield Property Partners (BPY) - culture / rep?

Anyone able to shed some light on these guys, esp the acq team? Have a few informational interviews set up with alums that work there. I know that they do a lot of large coastal mixed-use projects, both ground-up and re-dev, and via reit buyouts. Saw a few old threads outlining the difference between them and BAM/BPP, but none on the acq team's culture / hours / rep / upward mobility, etc (i.e. topics that I can't really bring up in the info interviews). Also curious about comp, given that BPY doesn't seem to value pedigree as much as competitors like STWD and BX (who seem to only recruit from top BB IB), and given BPY seems to be more bloated headcount-wise as well. Any insights would be greatly appreciated
