Waterfall Distribution IRR & Multiple combined
Hi,
I have already calculated a waterfall with the IRR component in the past... but this time, the structure should look as follows:
15% / 15% IRR and 1.5x CM
20% / 20% IRR and 1.7x CM
Can someone help me understand how to deal with the CM component? I'm a bit stuck at the moment.
