Does anyone know how many SAs BX takes for each one of their RE groups. Acq, AM, PM, and other? Also what does first year comp look like?

“Nick was fantastic. He didn’t just glance at my resume and give me generic advice—he explained exactly why it wasn’t telling the story I wanted it to tell, then helped me figure out how to fix it. He pushed me to be more intentional about how I talk about my experience and gave me concrete steps to prepare for interviews, from tailoring my resume to practicing financial modeling. I also appreciated how candid he was. When I asked about real estate capital markets versus sales and trading, he gave me his honest opinion while being clear about his own perspective. Prospect in IB-M&A

Not sure about RE but have a buddy in their generalist PE program who mentioned 1st year Analyst comp is around ~160-180. This is supposedly more or less the same across all groups (PE, Infra, RE) as apparently Analysts get paid from the same bonus pool.

Feel free to correct me if I'm wrong but just stating what I've heard from a friend
