Cap rate List for Manhattan Multi-Family properties by neighborhood from LES to Inwood etc
Does anyone have a year over year list for this asset class in Manhattan by neighborhood. Also if you happen to have a list that shows trading $/sf and price per door/apt that would be greatly appreciated (or where to access this information for say the last 4 years to feb/17). Thanks.
