Capital Markets Land Analyst

Thoughts on a land analyst position at one of the large brokerage firms? Position is the the south east region and the team does well. Land is not my first choice but I also don’t know as much about it compared to other cre product types. Could this be a lucrative opportunity and good first role out of college?

He pushed me to be more intentional about how I talk about my experience and gave me concrete steps to prepare for interviews, from tailoring my resume to practicing financial modeling.
