Career next steps after banking
Currently an analyst in balance sheet lending at a bank. My goal would ideally be to end up in REPE or Acquisitions for a Sponsor. Would it make more sense for someone like myself to get an MBA after completing a few years at the bank or to recruit for REPE and Acquisitions roles?
