Career Path: From Family Office + Advisory to Where?

Throwing this here because at my wit's end. I work at a FO analysing early stage deals and raising funds for approved projects. We are sector agnostic so I am spread too thin over too many industries. I want to focus on one thing - either (1) real estate or (2) private banking.

How do I choose which one to focus on and which one suits me. How did you choose?

How do I go about breaking into this industry? My firm is unknown/ I don't come from a name school /Prior to this job I was at a Big4 in a FAS M&A team but it doesn't seem to mean much

Other details about me

Masters was in film, Bachelor in political science Work life balance is a top priority I want to continue looking young, so a stressful career path would not be ideal I need to get qualifications but don't know which one to go for

Thank you - your suggestion would be highly appreciated.
