Carlyle associate pay/WLB?
Curious if anyone has any insight on what the pay is within Carlyles RE group. Looks like you are typically starting as an associate, so if anyone has insight into pay/hours/culture, any is appreciated
Nope, they also hire analysts (usually after an internship). Pay for analyst 1 is 60k. No idea about WLB

My friend works there. Pay is pretty good. Associate pay is 125k base and 100% bonus.
Any idea if this is a fixed rate for the bonus, or if it fluctuates heavily w market/performance?
Idk, my buddy hasn’t gotten his first bonus yet. But definitely could see it fluctuating quite a bit. He has decent WLB, like 60 hours a week typically
