Was called by them for an interview (analyst role). Any insights on them? There's not really much info available (other than the fact that they were bidding for the Deutsche Bank HQ in London)

Smart shop from my interactions.
They are happy to get involved on the operational side and build platforms which in my opinion is critical for consistent alpha generation in todays market where there is still a lot of capital chasing the same sort of returns.
Not sure what their angle is on the DB deal. Must be a refurb and move to multi-let with some space taken by their flex offering. In my mind thats the exact type of office you don't really want to own at the moment.. A knockdown is possible but planners won't look too favourably on that plan I don't think.
