Cbre financial consulting group LA/OC
Interested in CBRE’s financial consulting group and wanted to hear if anyone knows anything on these two offices. Curious on comp and hours. It sounds like a lot of opportunities for exit opps from what i’ve heard, correct me if I’m wrong. From what I know and who I’ve talked to its sounds like a bulk of the work say 95 percent is investment and debt placement underwriting and the other 5 is occupier analysis.
