CBRE Global Investors Technical Interview

I have a second-round technical interview/test at CBRE Global Investors next week for an entry-level analyst position. The invitation email gave an outline of the test as 30 min written, 1-hour real estate finance, 1 hour 30 mins Argus, for a 3 hour total. I've been working through an Argus certification course and the BIWS real estate technical course, but was wondering if anyone had any more info on what to focus on?

Oh cool, congrats on making it to the second round! I'll be honest I thought it was a little challenging at parts. If you read my previous reply ^^ you can see that my experience is limited so there were some terms I didn't know, but I don't think I did terribly. I'll have to wait and see. What did you think?

Don't worry I also thought it was challenging and I have a little more experience being out of undergrad for a year. I've mainly worked in Retail/Multifamily, so it was tough being more office focused. Hope we both make it to the superday

I took the test too. I also think it’s quite challenging. There are a few tricks in the Argus test. For the real estate finance maths, I guess the problems come from their work. I don’t work in real estate investments. Even though I learned some knowledge from my self-study, it’s still challenging due to the lack of work exposures. Wish us luck! 🤞🏼

Ok, through to super day. I also was "in the system" and didn't apply. Have a few options at the moment, does anyone know if this is an Analyst or Associate level role?
