Hey guys, I've been off this forum for about two years. I plan on dropping in more often.
I posted on these assets two years ago and didn't get very encouraging responses. So I'm trying again.
A long term friend and now business partner (we bought some MF units recently) is a heavy hitter at a cell tower company. They buy lease hold, or build them. They also have started acquiring data centers. The cover the entire globe so all regions are on the table.
Does anyone here have a line on either of these two products? They do one off deals or portfolios. I'd love to make splash and bring him a deal or two.
