Change RE internship for the fall or stick with same one?

Hey guys,

I would like your take on my situation. Currently, I am interning for a hotel development firm. I get pretty good work experience, light modeling and memorandum work. However, I have opportunities to join a few different multi-family development firms in the fall. Is it advisable to expand my exposure to different real estate products or show loyalty/consistency to this firm?

It is important to note that this is my first legit relevant RE job. Previously, I have only hold BS work study positions. My current thinking is that two RE internships on my resume would look better than one..

For reference, in the future, I hope to go into real estate private equity. And, yes, I have contacted all 7 REPE firms in my region and am waiting to hear back but am not hopeful.

Thanks.
