I only have scratched the surface with it, but here are some ways I've used it as a tool to make my job more efficient.
Financial Modeling- It has been surprisingly helpful with this and I'm not talking about building a model for me from a blank sheet, but I have to make a lot of implementations to our models and I can just describe what I want it to do paste a piece of it into the chat and call out where some of the cells and it can give me a list of ways to go about it. This isn't perfect every time and I have to take the time to make sure it works and check it, but it does improve my time management. When my brain becomes numb from working at the end of the day and it freezing up to do simple calculations, it helps to get thoughts from it.
Market Reports From Brokers or Research Companies - I get sent so many market reports from brokers that its hard to take the time out of the day to read all of them. I will usually read 1, which isn't from a broker like I will go through Green Street reports pretty thoroughly still. However, most brokerage company reports I get I will have chatgpt condense/summarize it so I can get through everything. If I find something interesting I will go to that report and dig dipper. Cool part is I can ask where it summarized that part in the article and it will pull it for me.
Writing - This is something I've started more recently and that could include writing emails, market and location overviews, and investor/lender questions. For investor questions I have only written my own responses and had it craft my answer in a different way. Market and location overviews I do something pretty similar, butt I will feed it information first instead of just saying "write me a locational overview of the office/retail/industrial market in Xxxxx. I will find some articles or reports I have and paste it and have it output something of my desire.
Feel like I'm scratching the surface and I'm curious to hear other peoples view on it and how they use it as well. I think that everyone can agree though that chatgpt will help make our busy lives more time effective.

Note that Chat GPT is only using data up to 2021, so any recent events re: location overview , it won't capture :)
Yeah its more for the writing aspect, any statistical data it spits out you can easily do your own research...
I asked chatgpt what are the best deal sleds and where is the best place to live in LA.
It said Cole Haan and the Arts District
I am never trusting AI ever again
