Prior experience: Land clearing excavation, research analyst, associate brokerage- industrial specialized.
recently relocated to Chicago from the East Coast. I have been doing the emails and phone tag with a few solid contacts and the traditional pile of resume dumps. Most firms seem to just be holding open the listed positions. With COVD killing the traditional ground work and meet ups along with the outstanding uncertainty, it seems to be firms are running on leaner teams for the foreseeable future.
Note: Looking to Pivot out of the brokerage life towards REPE or a Development Shop.
