I was at ORD and was thinking what the fuck when I saw how much they charged me in sales tax at McDonald’s.
Turns out they have all kinds of fucked up sales tax laws. They can tax candy but not Kit Kats specifically because they are considered a cake.
People do deals outside of NYC and the sunbelt? Weird.
