Anyone have insight on hours, comp for analysts, and culture associated with Citi's Global Securitized Markets (GSM) team specifically the CMBS Group? Curious if salaries have increased along with IB bumps and how close an analyst would be to the actual properties. Thanks!

He pushed me to be more intentional about how I talk about my experience and gave me concrete steps to prepare for interviews, from tailoring my resume to practicing financial modeling.
