Clavon Condo Is Open For View Showflat
Mainboard-listed property developer UOL Group will preview its latest residential project, Clavon, on Saturday, Nov 28. The developer says it plans to launch the project for sale after a two-week preview and prices will start from $1,475 psf.
Located on Clementi Avenue 1, the 640-unit development is also down the road from The Clement Canopy, a 505-unit residential development by UOL Group that was completed last year and is fully sold.
“Clavon Condo is a next-generation product, designed in response to changing lifestyles. The development offers innovative layouts and solutions that incorporate key elements of work-from-home within the units and gives buyers the opportunity to mould their interiors into personalised and functional spaces where work and living co-exist,” says Liam Wee Sin, UOL group CEO.
One-bedroom units will be priced from $800,000; two-bedroom units from $1 million; three-bedroom units from $1.45 million; four-bedroom units from $1.9 million; and five-bedroom units from $2.5 million.
