CMBS / CLO Data Tools

I used to religiously use DBRS's free Credit Viewpoint, which eventually became Morningstar Credit after DBRS was acquired in 2019. It looks like Morningstar has shut down Credit Viewpoint and replaced it with another paid services, and I was curious if anyone was aware of any other free platforms that lets you access somewhat granular securitized loan data and/or servicer commentary.

Yes, I am aware of Trepp & CredIQ.

Thanks in advance y'all!

KBRA had similar research reports and data for free before they paywalled it off.

Most BB fixed income sales teams would be able to give you spreads and deal comps for free on a regular basis for new issue, but for ongoing surveillance data you’ll need to pay for it from a data provider like trepp, intex, BBG, and/or rating agencies.

Can’t think of anything free these days, and most sell side research is macroenvironment focused and you need to be a client to gain access to it.
