CMBS Spreads - Self Storage
Anyone have a sense where CMBS spreads would price for a newly built (last 3 years), Class A self storage asset in a secondary market? Thinking of something in the 8-9% debt yield range from a sizing perspective.
Guessing it would be low 200s but want to confirm.
