Discussions this morning from senior management that several co-working firms (thinks WeWork/Regus) have been asking for rent relief for a period of 3-6 months.

This is from both our APAC and American senior management.

The knock-on effects across the market will be substantial

Landlords are going to bleed them dry while they attempt to backfill the space at a discount with traditional tenants.
