Hi, has anyone ever heard of Columbia Investment Partners? I have a phone interview lined up with them and I'm not certain about their interview process.
Additionally, how should I talk about a real estate investment opportunity intelligently? I can pitch a stock and talk about my transaction experience outside of RE, but I'm not certain as to how I should structure a RE investment opportunity description.
