Hi All,
Does anyone as insights on Columbia Property Trust (CXP)? Specifically their DC office. Culture, comp, opportunities to advance, etc. They seem to have kind of an REPE vibe (going after value-add & Opportunistic deals, variety of markets, etc.) even though they're a REIT. This would be for a post-MBA Associate role, if that helps. Any thoughts would be much appreciated.
